WHAT IS YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY?
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Simon Wolff has no control over these charges, nor can Amazon predict what they may be.

ARE YOUR SHIPPING PRACTICES EARTH-FRIENDLY?
Yes and we’re always looking at our packaging and processes to see how we can improve. Right now, most of our products are sold with only bare essential packaging. (Sure, we love fancy boxes and bottles, too, but we love Planet Earth more.) Our products in pots and bottles are 100% post-consumer plastic. We only use plant-based packing peanuts to protect the products in our gifts and mail order packages. Unlike Styrofoam, these are 100% biodegradable: to dispose of them, just toss them in your compost. Have ideas, thoughts, suggestions for us? Don't be shy!
